Will a quantaray quick release fit a carson tripod?

I just bought a carson tripod and lost the stupid quick release which is the thing that attaches to your camera. The ONLY place close to me sells all quantaray stuff (Wolf Camera) and say they only have the quantaray quick release. *sigh*
