Piercings in oklahoma..not yet legal?

im 17, i know for sure there are places in oklahoma, Norman region preferably, that will pierce me, im 17, my mom doesnt care if i get it done, she just doesnt want to take me. I know i could easily wait a year, but hell, everyone else is getting them some way, i need some details huns.
