Clomid?? PCOS?? Test Results?

I have my CD12 u/s tommorrow but I wanted to see other people's experiences. Not to mention I'm a bit impatient.lol I have PCOS and figured I'd go to an RE to get a definite diagnosis considering all my GYN's were more like "I wouldnt be surprised if you have it" but never actually treated the issue even after I said I just wanted to ovulate cause I never had and at this point in my life I'm also trying to get pregnant. Although one dr gave me Metformin which totally sucked. But I still took it for the 3 months she told me to give it and it didn't do anything. From then to my first appointment with the RE a month ago I lost over 50 lbs which helped a great deal. Anyway I was prescribed Clomid for cycle days 4-8. Today is CD 11 and I feel like crap. I have nausea, a borderline headache(like its about to come on but doesnt), exhausted, light cramping and mood swings like you wouldn't believe for the last 3 days. Although I was ok today..lol..My doctors nurse called today just to let me know all my blood work was within normal ranges when i went in on CD4 right before I started Clomid later that day. I guess she was calling for the bloodwork that takes a little longer than the right away stuff. I'm not sure what "normal ranges" are but does that mean that my body was in the right condition for ovulation to occur with Clomid? I was also prescribed Ovidrel and she told me when I come back on CD12 that they will let me know if I will need to use it or not. I am so afraid that there wont be a mature follicle. Although when I went on CD4 there was a follicle on my left ovary I believe. Maybe my right. Either way there was one that she pointed out although I saw a few others which were alot smaller..lol.I'm trying to stay positive here. Any thoughts?
