Does madden 10 hate the redskins?

it just seems like the raters all have favorite teams, the the redskins are the enemy. the grade the 4th best defense way to hard deangelo hall had 5picks and was a great shutdown corner and his rating is like 78 while samuels rating is 95 with 4 picks and same as shutdown. i think madden bases rating off of reputations and thats not fair
