Is this an emergency for my 7 week old?

my 7 week old son is vomiting after every bottle. he has been okay now for about 2 hours or so. i finally got him to sleep. im trying to get ahold of his doctor but the hold time is very long so i keep trying. my son has also been battling a cold that his dr knew about, could that be a result of the vomiting, maybe drainage? anyone with any advice will be helpful. thanks
