Youtube help?

I forgot my youtube pword and tried to reset it. I clicked on the link in the reset pword email...reset it and then submitted it. Then i got an "authorization error" message. WTF?...I haven't been able to access my account for months and I get an error message when I try to create a new account. Any idea on what Im doing wrong?
