Need some good books?

First im wondering which Anne Rice book you think is the best? Two i need some new books to read! I like vampire books i have already read the Twilight series. If it helps some of my favorite books are Twilight and The Cat Who Series by Lilian Jackson Braun. I want a fantasy/vampire type of book. Oh and i also want something that is a little older all the newer vampire books are about love and stuff like that. Is there anything that is LIKE the movie underworld? Those movies were really good so a book that is kinda like that would be cool!
