Need help preparing for a interview?

I have a phone interview for a ramp agent position at southwest airline at midway airport tomorrow. I don't want to mess up this opportunity. I want to sell myself and make sure i get a second interview. Any help will be much appreciated.the question i really want to nail is why do u wanna work here and why should we hire you?
