Hav i done a mistake breaking with her?

i m female and i had a best friend ..she always says she likes me but wont spend time with me..is this means she she dont like me..she asks me 4 kiss and she too wil give me kisses where as not 4 others..i hav waited patiently 4 2months..i got angry so i scolded her greatly and harshly ....which wil mean she like me truly in future?if she cals/texts me/what wil mean if she dont do anything...
