Youtube Won't Upload My Video?

I've tried to upload a video to Youtube twice now, and it keeps saying "upload aborted". The video is less than 10 mins long, about 575 mb in size, and is .wma so that people can watch it on their ipod touch/iphone through youtube. Why wont it upload this file? I've uploaded larger files before.
