How much do i expect to pay at the very end for the used car?

I am looking to buy 2003 or 2004 nissan maxima for around 13000-16000. I prefer 2004 model, but If the car is listed for around 16000, after negotiation and tax and title for whatever add on to the price. How much do i expect to pay at the very end?
