What if I don't take my prenatal vitamins?

I honeslty don't think there is anything that it can seriously cause by not taking them. I am very forgetful and I missed them a lot with my first and I keep forgetting to take them with this one but I do try to take them! Also you can try to take the Flintstones chewable just take 2 at a time. That is what my doctor told me to do because I couldn't keep the other prenatals down. Good luck :)
