Week 14 Fantasy Football Help: Which QB should I start: Warner, Jeff Garcia, Eli Manning, Jason Campbell?

It's 1 point per completion, 1 point every 25 ping yards, 6 points for every type of touchdown, and 10 point bonus at 350 ping yards. I am looking for someone that can get me the most fantasy points, not the best overall game. Also, I can start Bulger, Garrard, or Phil Rivers. Who should I start?
