I believe Karl Rove belongs in jail for using partisan politics in the firing of U.S. justice attorneys?Agree?

I believe Rove belongs in jail for corruption in our justice department. Why isnt he ordered to testify infront of the congress for his actions. When he testifies he will have to tell the truth and he will then belong io jail for obstruction and using partisan politics for sliming GOP and Dem lawyers who wouldn't prosecute other democrats.This will all come out with Gonzoles as well. ("I dont't recall") jack! am I wrong in my thinking?
