How do I forgive my mother in law?

My Mother in Law has been a constant issue for me since my daughter was born!! She is very controllling and is constantly falling out with me and my partner if we do not do what she wants! The latest one has been the worst she asked to take my daughter out for new shoes i said no as i had plans to take my daughter out for her first shoes myself I had already explained i would be taking her for her first shoes but she asked and when she was told no she stopped coming to see us and threatened us with the social services!!! Shes crazy! Other things shes done include asking for my daughter overnight the weekend i got out of the hospital! She also took the week off after the birth and pestered for me to let her take the baby out she ended up taking her out three times in the week, I felt i couldnt say no to her and now i feel like she was serioulsy trying to interfere with me bonding with my daughter! When I stopped this and said I would bring my daughter down once a week not three times she accused me of holding my daughter back and said I was not welcome in her house! After all of this I cant forgive her i really cant and im not usually one for holding a grudge! Any ideas on how to forgive her?
