Help Divorce?

Me and my husband split after a month we had a baby boy but it was still born but we got married after we loss the baby we have knowed each other about 8 years the problem is his mom was trying to tell me how to live and would not let me go to see any of my friends and my soon be to ex husband is always up his mom's like he is scared he gonna miss her poop and he wanted me to kiss her and i would not and them one time she told him"if you get scared you can come sleep with mommy" he don't ever leave his mommy side and she tells him what to do and he does it cause she have a heart attack we split the next day courthouse and them the day after that he was talking to a lawyer now they won't give me all of a whole set of baby pictures i have some but they have 3 of every picture and they will not talk to be what do i do oh i forgot to say she threw me out at 11 at night
