Am i falling in love?

my question is am i falling in love or am i going crazy there is a girl i think about all the time it is kind of crazy in a way. they were a jerk to me in HS. Long story short they did not treat me in a good way and called me names, i wanted to be friends with them though. even though i have no idea how that could be right that they are the right person. i often wonder that. i pray for them in my devotions. they are always on my mind. and it gets a little overwelming at times if you know what i mean. it was a little over a year ago when they called me ugly and the other names... my second question is should i tell them how i feel. i even have dreams where i imagine giving them a kiss.
