After buying inline skates from the store, when should I start washing its wheels and bearings and how?

After buying them how long should wait until I clean my inline skate wheels and its bearings? I'll be skating with them everyday for 1 hour. Do I have to take the wheels apart and unscrew for the washing process? How should I do it all? Please im a newb and dont know how to take care of my skates..I was thinking to apply cooking oil/baby oil on them to spin fast. I dont have access to speed creams..bearing oil..tri-flow..any skate lubricants etc. :/ giving the best answer 10 points.
