Advise pls??

hindu brahmin couple married for 2 yrs. due to differences she was not allowed to enter inlaws house or talk to hus.seperate for 1 yr and more. no issues. hus family has returned all things given at time of marriage & taken an acknowledgment to this fact by geting wife's sign by threating her parents in front of her.now hus wants seperation by mutual consent butwife not agreeing. wife is thinking of putting petition of resti of consti rights. a prpperty is there jointly for which loan is there jointly and now the emi is being paid by hus. pre emi to tune of 1lac paid by wife. what is legal courses avail for wife. will she get any justice. due to no reasons listening to words of his mother and sis , the hus is going to this level.wife is earning .will this seperation lead to legal divorce in court. can her sign on the ltr act against her.pls advise.
