670 fps for Airsofting?

I don't go to airsoft arenas or anything, but I was wonder how far can a 670fps sniper go with .20g bbs? (I know I should be using .30g's but just for reference) Also will it go through a hand (how deep?) if I did use those 30's at point blank?
